ReadTheRoom is the platform behind live role-play simulations, from several teams working against each other to a whole cohort each playing the same role on their own. Built so one person can run the entire room. You stay the expert in front of your people. We stay out of sight.
Designing a serious simulation takes engineering and established frameworks. Running one takes spreadsheets, side-rooms, and enough participants to fill every seat. And when it ends, the part that actually teaches, what people decided and why, is gone unless somebody was writing all of it down. Most people who want to run one simply don’t: not because they lack the expertise, but because they lack the machinery.

When you want to keep going, we license the platform to you. You run simulations on your own schedule, under your own name. We’re on call, not in the room.
Our goal is that you never need us in the room again.
